The SME Package is a Luxembourg government funding programme that covers up to 70% of SMEs’ digitalisation, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity or customer experience projects, with grants of up to 17.500€.
Several criteria apply: your business must be established in Luxembourg, have fewer than 250 employees and be carrying out a development or digitalisation project. The project budget must also fall within a set range.
Because every situation is different, we offer a free pre-qualification to confirm your eligibility in just a few minutes.
The Luxembourg government covers jusqu’à 70 % des coûts éligibles project costs:
- •€10,000 project (excl. VAT) → up to €7,000 in funding.
- •Project capped at €25,000 → up to €17,500 in funding.
We support you at every stage so you can benefit from this grant with complete peace of mind. The grant is reimbursed by the Ministry once the project is closed: your business must first pay the provider’s invoice in full, and the grant is then paid retrospectively.
Once your application is submitted, you’ll receive an acknowledgement within 15 days. The ministerial decision is sent by post within 6 to 8 weeks (3 months maximum). The grant is then paid directly into your account when the project is closed — and we make sure everything is in order at every step.
Important: the funding application must be submitted before any work begins and before the provider’s quote is signed.
